The Mondolè Ski Alp Individual Race, the last speciality race of the Scarpa ISMF World Cup circuit, left on Saturday morning from the Prato Nevoso basin. Another day of spring temperatures and a clear sky accompanied the best international athletes on this second-to-last day of World Cup. The gulf of Genoa was visible from the summit of Mondolé. Notwithstanding the abundant snowfalls of the last few days the Organizing Committee, after having done an excellent job making the entire route safe, managed to take the competitors to the summit of Mondolé. The route had an altitude gain of about 1,700 metres over five uphill climbs.

In the men's competition there was a wonderful duel between the two Italians Damiano Lenzi and Matteo Eydallin. At first it was the local lad who dominated the competition; on the summit of Mondolé Lenzi was the first to get over it, just behind him were Matteo Eydallin and the Frenchman William Bon Mardion. The race was decided on the fourth ascent when Lenzi had some problems with his climbing skins and lost all his advantage. In addition, in trying to maintain first place he was forced to consume all his energy. Matteo Eydallin continuous to climb, with his pace he managed to take first place, after the last downhill slope he crossed the finishing line with his hands in the air and a time of 1:27’57''. Behind him Damiano Lenzi succeeds in taking second place with a forty second delay, while William Bon Mardion is third with 1:29’01''. Kilian Jornet Burgada and Martin Anthamatten are, respectively, fourth and fifth.
In the women's race the queen of ski mountaineering, the French Laetitia Roux, has no difficulty in hold the lead of the race from the start to the end. Laetitia Roux closes her race with a time of 1:43’40'' ahead of an unrestrained  Emelie Forsberg.

In the Junior category the Swiss Rémi Bonnet repeats the success of Friday's Vertical Race with a time of 1:30’31''. Behind him are the Italian Davide Magnini and Simon Bellabouvier. Of the girls victory goes to the French Lena Bonnel, Giulia Compagnoni climbs onto the second step of the podium, while the bronze medal goes to the Austrian Verena Streitberger.

In the Vertical race Anton Palzer and  Laetitia Roux wins then in Sprint Race the best are Michele Boscacci and again Laetitia Roux.
