EVERY YEAR OVER 24 BILLION NEW SHOES ARE PRODUCED IN THE WORLD, MOST OF WHICH END UP IN LANDFILL AT THE END OF THEIR LIFE CYCLE.

STEP 1

COLLECTING THE WORN MOJITOS

In the first phase, the project will involve SCARPA’s distribution network, collecting from consumers 15,000 pairs of worn Mojito shoes.

REGENERATING

The collected shoes will become part of a virtuous recycling system, which aims to turn them into new raw materials, aiming for reduced environmental impact compared to standard production processes.

THE NEW SHOE

A completely new and high quality style of shoe will reach the market to complete a circular and sustainable process.
